Just landed in Nashville for a business trip. Looking for bar and dinner recommendations. I'd like to watch some football (and maybe some party favors) and a place to grab a decent steak for dinner.

TIA

Just walk down Broadway as far as bars are concerned. You can throw a cat and hit a bar that's fun to spend some time in.

Peg Leg Porker. Best ribs I've ever had. You can walk right around the corner and enjoy Yazoo brewing company as well.

Yep Broadway is nothing but bars. Midtown has some bars for the younger crowd. 2nd avenue has a few. Buffalo Billiards is a decent sports bar. Most of downtown are bars with live music. If you don't want to be downtown, you can drive up the interstate a bit to Mount Juliet, there are a few sports bars in a nice area. Johnathans, Corner Pub, and Buffalo Wild Wings are some.

Go to The Southern

Great steaks and a wonderful bourbon spread to choose from.

As an aside, Peg Leg has great ribs and my favorite bar on Broadway probably is Bootleggers. It's damn near at the very end close to the river and it's a little dive but hell if I didn't have a great time there.
