I've drank my protein shake before for awhile because I can't work out on an empty stomach. So 1 scoop protein + I add my creatine + flax seed every morning before gym and then my protein shake post work out is 1 scoop + BCAA + CLA

right now i drink 2 scoops of protein before the gym and then 2 after.

I do the protein, creatine, and BCAA. Never really saw the need for the CLA. The boyfriend might take it. I don't even know what all he takes. Like ten different things. Seems a bit much to me.

and i take the ripped vitapak thing from gnc. its a bit harsh

So easy to take the capsules and open them then pour powder from those into my protein. Right now I'm consuming 120-150 grams of protein a day

I'm at around 180 maybe 200 off the protein shakes alone

I went and looked. He takes a multi-vitamin, BCAA, protein, creatine, pre-workout, green tea, and B6.

i have this alpha workout they put in the bag last time i bought protein that i have been using but in my phone I changed it from alpha to Putin

It seems to be a fairly good workout. Im going to add some exercises to it each day the next time around

I'm sure that my workout isn't nearly as hardcore as yours since I really don't want to bulk up. I need to start back in HIIT though. I just been doing a lot of run of the mill lifting lately.

Working my job can sometimes be a workout. Pipe man is on lunch and I had a order that needed to be pulled then so AAA can come get it. A mix of steel galvanized pipe and strut. My arms are already sore

How many calories a day? Just from protein shakes I'm usually around 1000-1100.
