The smallest things piss me off though, like waiting behind someone in line that doesn't know how to use a debit card. Or people use use gov't benefits. Or people who go through the express lane with too many items. Or people who walk too slowly on the sidewalk.

Regardless, there is no point in making a class like that difficult. Public speaking is a pretty unique skill. Some people just freeze up and can't do it. It should be graded based on where you are at the end of the class compared to where you started out.

I remember my first W. I, being a young, naive, retarded kid, figured it would be cool to learn how to speak Japanese. I was doing alright in the class, picking some things up. Then we had our midterm exam and about halfway through the guy teaching the class reminded (and by reminded, I mean notified for the first time) that any answers not written in the Japanese alphabet would not be counted. All but 3 people got up, turned their exams in, and dropped the class immediately. Seriously...we were all waiting in line together.
