This isn't the Shake Shack you're thinking of-which is a fine establishment (at least the one at Madison Square Park is).

You'll have to ask Arksulli. I'm sure there are a couple in his neck of the woods.
Where I am is a veritable barbecue desert. There are some barbecue places, but they are all about average or below. I got an electric smoker for Christmas and I've been doing my own ribs since then. Magnifique.

It is within 10 minutes of Downtown Memphis. The problem isn't finding good barbecue here, the problem is finding someone that serves something other than good barbecue!
