First time I've done that. It costs $10 to have it delivered to your door. Mine will get here between 2 and 3pm tomorrow. I stocked up on the heavy stuff: cases of cokes, water, etc. Also got the big bulky stuff (big arse thing of TP and paper towels).

This seems like a no-brainer. Is it available everywhere?

We spend about $180 a week on groceries from Walmart with three kids and instead of having them deliver, my wife just drives up and they load it in her car. That's one way to save the $10.

$10 isn’t bad at all

Oh, I agree. Just saying there is still a way to get your groceries with minimal effort and not spending $10 on a delivery.

I'd pay $10 to have someone shop and drop my stuff on my porch. Especially heavier items like dog food and cases of drinks, etc.

Did it with Kroger a few weeks back. Same thing with the big bulky items (waters, Dews, Cheetos, Twizzlers, Moon Pies, - the essentials).

It was pretty great. An hour long chore turns into opening your door.

I tipped my driver $5. Tipping is optional, though. If I had scheduled it a day more in advance, my delivery charge would have only been $7.95.

I'm stocked up on soft drinks and powerade. Well worth it, in my opinion.

Also, Walmart is so damned cheap on some stuff. I got 24 Powerade Zero which are 89 cents at WM. At the CVS in my 'hood, they're $1.50.

Saved my delivery fee and tip right there.

I'd never order it for less than $100 worth of stuff, but it's great.

I’m not sure I want some of the people who work at my local Wal-Mart to know where I live.

The delivery driver was from DoorDash.

Not much different from Uber.

Walmart filed two patents last week related to drone-delivery.
