This stuff with Bucknuts seems odd. How do you fondle almost 200 athletes junk and nobody does anything?
In the south seems if a doc grabs your junk he will be the one in the hospital.

As someone from North of the Ohio river, i can tell you, ohioans are a weird bunch. They do not fit in with others in the region, they managed to set their great lake on fire, etc.
As for why students would ignore him abusing them? Some may have feared getting kicked out of school, others were embarrassed, etc. And tbf South does have issues too. Southern Baptist church got in trouble for letting those who had abused kids to continue to serve and move between churches not too long ago
