Young men in tights and helmets is not my fantasy, maybe there was a time in college but things have changed since then

Definitely going for a run tonight when I leave the library. I'm going to try to force myself into a somewhat reasonable exercise routine and diet this week. I've got to cut back on the beer and fast food. Big time.

Alcohol is my weakness because when I drink I always eat unhealthy and more than I should

I overindulged a bit during Spring Break so I'll be dieting this week as well. Exercise.... lol. I've heard 85% of weight loss comes from a good diet anyway and not exercise

Diet is definitely the most important part. Unless you're running 45+ miles a week it isn't going to make a huge difference. But it does make you feel better and less stressed.

And I can do the food easier than the beer. I'll get it in my head that I'm going to go a week or two without drinking to detox or what the frick ever, and always end up going about two days, then get stressed out and go buy a case to relax.

TWD was awesome. Those people on the M/TV board are crazy.

I enjoyed it for what it was but seems everyone expects 25+ minutes of zombie dying for it to be considered a solid episode. Second half of season really bridged into next season IMO

A lot of people on Facebook are complaining about the season finale of The Walking Dead.

I thought it sucked for a finale. I felt like it was a setup episode. Alas, nothing I can do about it.

Just saying it wasn't just the TV/Movie board. I don't watch the show personally. I've seen a couple of episodes and they were really good, but I have too many other shows that I am currently watching.

Aren't finales generally setup episodes? When's the last time a show ever felt resolved (other than the series finale) before going on break? I didn't watch TWD so I may be misinterpreting what you mean by setup episode

I figured someone would have told you to not give any spoilers. I have not seen an episode of it.

I can't really say what I mean without spoilers. I just feel like the way the episode was presented, it feels like there should be another one next week.

and not in the way a finale normally makes you feel
