Because I don't like Wal-Mart and the type of people it brings into communities

Why would anyone want to live in a place without a Walmart?

Summer and winter
Winter is freezing and Summer is scorching
Probably get like 3 weeks of decent weather

I was looking at the extended forecast for NWA and it looks like we will get 3 or 4 days next week of 63° and sunny.

Around these parts we have only had a few days of what I would consider "real cold" days (single digits). Less than 10 I would say. We have seen a lot more moisture this winter than recent winters passed. It's because we are in an El Nino cycle. I still expect to see at least one substantial snowfall before things start to warm up and it gets time to be fishing in the rivers, but overall we haven't had much to complain about this winter, thankfully.

What does Wal Mart have that you can get delivered from Amazon on the same day?

We have had measurable amounts of snow here at my house a few times this year already but even when we got our last one of close to 1/2" it was gone by noon the next day as the temps went back up near 60.

A couple days ago I went outside and the thermometer on the porch read 9°, and less than 12 hours later it was 60°. Our weather is nutso around here. This El Nino thing keeps dumping warm, wet air on us, but these polar vortexes the rest of y'all are getting is knocking the temps down over and over.

This will be one of those seasons where we get like a frickin inch of ice and destroys everything in sight. I just know it.

Used to be that way for me, then they built one much closer along with some fine apartments and a new stop light

Out of curiosity how many things can you get in same day delivery? Is it just common stuff like you’d find at a Wal-Mart or is it significantly more?

Do they still have Elks Clubs?

I thought Playboy Clubs knocked them out of the box in the 60's save places like Indiana. There was an Elks in SW Indiana that made one of the best hamburgers I ever had.
