I finally figured out who HRV really is

I figured out earlier today who Harry Rex Vonner really is. I was thinking about Fire Down Below (as one often does). And then it hit me.
Lesser known country musician
Played side roles in a couple movies, including as a bounty hunter
Covered a highwaymen song
Made the man in the Moon cry
He is Mark Collie. Don't try to deny it Harry, WE KNOW

Like I said, HRV = Mark Collie. I was thinking maybe travis tritt but the hair is too obvious
