Went to college in the heyday of the jamband/live music revival of the early 90s to mid 90s.
I was a Creative Writing major, and I don't look back and regret it. That being said, most of what I learned happened outside the classroom. I saw a LOT of bands and traveled many miles over those years. It was definitely formative, but it was a bit of a squandered time of my life with the perspective I have now.

Exercise Physiology (was going to do physical therapy or strength and conditioning)
Favorite subject was probably Research Seminar, or Exercise Physiology Lab. We did a bunch of cool shite in that lab.
Hated most of the other sciences like physics and chem. Hardest course was either physics or anatomy and physiology. A&P was insanely hard at my school and the lab and class were never on par. As in, we'd be on chapter 5 in the class and like 8 in the lab. Made things really difficult. But I enjoyed that class and lab a lot even though it was difficult.
Only took the physics and chem because I was open to the idea of PT school. I went another direction for more $. No regrets. Also was in a fraternity. Finished school with a 3.2, which should have been better but I fricked around quite a bit freshman and senior year.

Ha, oddly enough I now work in risk management and work with healthcare entities. I moved to MN and did a 13 month training course with a direct writer, and eventually took a position with a large, publically traded broker.
Are you a RM or on the broker side?
