It’s a little early, but, to answer your question there is an old gentleman on hwy 74 that has vegetables for sale. Can’t miss it right by the road. Between hwy 61 and 73.

We’ve got some Mennonites a little north of us who grow vegetables and have catfish ponds. They process the catfish and have bagged corn and peas and such ready to cook or they can be bought to prepare yourself.
Farm grown and fresh. Eating that is one of my favorite things about summer.
I need to get a bigger freezer.
