Occasionally, but I don't care if they spend it on booze. Probably make their miserable lives a little better than anything else at the moment.

Their taxes were being used for arresting and imprisoning homeless people and getting them off the streets. Now LESS of their money is going to housing the homeless and there aren't people living in boxes on the street.
Hard to find anything wrong with this unless you just hate homeless people for some odd reason.
