Lost him in 2011 unexpectedly. He would have been 74 today.

Miss him

Sorry to hear about your loss. I am extremely impressed with your ability to come here and talk about these things. Takes a really strong person to put themselves out there like you do on this board. Really good shite.

Yeah, it's tough for guys to lose their fathers. Mine died 28 years ago and I still think about him every day. He was buried on my birthday, so I don't celebrate it anymore.

Thanks all for saying the kind words. I've used it to help others because that's what he would have wanted.

His brother played for Bear Bryant in 63. His story of Gene Stallings sitting in the family living room trying to convince my grandmother that my uncle should go to Alabama was a good one.

The story of his death day is like a movie. I can tell ya if you'd like.

I posted the story back on tidesports a couple of days after he passed and it got a little dusty in the room. Some here may remember that?

@Looney, I've always been this way. It's a wild ride of a wave, behaving like this, but you have to make your mark some way or another. Believe it or not, I'm not Cuyler/pedophile protector... waspy and MoarKilometers know who I am. I've got pretty interesting stories to share, none of which make me some libtard cuck.

Speaking of, waspy, have you checked out the videos I've made? Especially the mini documentary about a mission trip to Nicaragua back in 2011?

That's the reason I am so open about my struggles with addiction and where it's left me in life. My hope is that my mistakes will help someone else in need go down that same road that I chose take. I admire you a lot for being able to do that. I know it can be difficult at times.

Just stopping in to give you well wishes on your pop's bday. A couple weeks back chick I've been hanging out with mentioned how her son bullied her sister's kid. Almost 3 years old and just turned 2. Apparently her son licks things to claim them. I chuckle and say I knew someone like that, then showed her your thread on licking famous monuments. It led to a really awkward look and how do you know this guy exactly After seeing some horticulture photos she understood.

He started this up when he was doing his weirdflex. I thought he was a missouri lump.

He’s afraid of me apparently, but he gave himself a reason to be.
