Sick of these dumb fricks acting like the prosecutor made the decision.
That's not how a. Grand Jury works. The grand jury makes the decision, the prosecutor and assistants are not allowed to be in the room. Even the vote is secret from them. The grand jury members review the evidence, discuss it privately without the DA in the room and vote on it privately. So sick of these idiots making stuff of to feed the be angry narrative

I'm very close with a person that is a member of a highly regarded academic honors society that didn't understand what the purpose of a grand jury was.

Megyn Kelly absolutely schooled some guy on her show earlier that was trying to say there should have been a jury trial.

I just served on one for a year and a half. I had no idea how fricked up human beings were until we started going through cases. Sick people in this world bro

I've only been in a courtroom 1 time.. and that was to be a witness for my cousin's divorce. I didn't even like that, the judge made me feel guilty just being there.
