It is hard to comprehend what a massive undertaking this was given the technology of the time. Not even Great Britain, with an empire that covered 1/4 of the globe, had reliable information about everywhere. The logistics alone are breath taking.

Just showing up here to help qualifies you.
I got a few crazy cows that I just let calve out in the pasture. They are too dangerous when they calve in my lots
and I can't run as fast as I used too.
Picture's from feeding earlier. iPhone did something and my pics have been crappy. Did another update when I got in and it seems to have helped it. Now have IOS 18.3.
We need to start getting rain for summer pasture and hay.

Hey if you all are out and about today get you some of these. They taste like a big nutter butter cookie but they are soft. Try them after having them in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.
