SIAP in the previous six pages but in the late 90's some white students that were rejected from UGA admissions in favor of black students with lower qualifications sued the shite out of them, went to state supreme court, and won.
Once UGA went back to a more merit-based admissions standard, they became more racist.

If you are going to pursue this stupid line of thought, then Auburn and Alabama should be added together as should the Miss schools, UT and Vandy. You are comparing state population against individual schools.
