You're right, I messed up. While racism is usually against black people (hence why they're the subject of these charts) racism also includes discrimination against Hispanics and Asians as well.

Because Clark-Atlanta, Morehouse, Spelman, Albany State, Paine, Savannah State, Fort Valley State, and other out of state HBCs don't draw a significant portion of the African American population. UGA just denies most all of them.
