Eat like a Hog, veteran hogs share their dieting tips

Now that we are a hog board maybe it would be a good idea if older Hogs could share their strategies for putting on weight as fast as possible so the newbies can get like them and fit in more.
Personally I’m looking to gain roughly 1-2 points of BMI a month until I level out at the Hog Standard of 55. How should I go about it? Just shovel packages of Oreos?
