I don't either. Wish I did though, it is short than Fifty Shades of Grey, I should be able to know more than I do.

Wait... are they suspending the whole show? Please God let it be true. Shows like that exhibit everything wrong with the US
I don't think so. I think they just suspended him.
And it's better than fricking Jersey Shore, Teen Mom or 16 and Pregnant

Technically speaking sin has no differentiation in terms of severity. It's all the same level of bad.
But didn't Jesus makes all those rules from the Old Jew Book like go away and shite? Like eating bacon isn't a sin anymore, right?

False. The Shore was awesome.

Yes it is.

For the Jews it is/was but it never was a sin for the Gentiles.

No it's not. There's not a single verse of scripture that says that it does say it's harder to get into heaven if you're rich. Doesn't make it a sin.

Seeking to punish others for their speech is what the gay advocates call "bullying".
I don't completely agree with Phil Robertson, but I also don't mind that he has his own beliefs.
We are the United States of Hurt Feelings. In short, yeah, we're pussies.

Wrong, Jesus actually instructed his disciples to be communist. Early Christians put all of their money into a central fund and distributed it equally among themselves.

I don't think either of those verses refers to it as a sin. But it does say it's nearly impossible to get into Heaven if you're rich.
I could be wrong though.

Those verses don't say anything about being rich as sin. IIRC they speak of the ills that come with being rich and not living correctly.

quote:
“Now this was the sin of your sister Sodom: She and her daughters were arrogant, overfed and unconcerned; they did not help the poor and needy. ” (Ezek 16:49)
It's a sin to be rich and not give to the poor. The other poster was just asking for New Testament examples though.

IIRC they insinuate that the only way to get rich is to basically put money before God, therefore making it nearly impossible to get into Heaven.
Posted on 12/19/13 at 10:45 am to Stonehog
Well that's not the same as just saying it's a sin to be rich.

Maybe I can't recall them exactly right meow. But I'm sure Stoney is mad enough to quote them for me.

If you're a Christian then it's impossible to be rich. If you're rich and you don't give everything to the poor except for your "daily bread," that's a sin.
You can't accumulate wealth and still be a Christian.
