Does the CIA have IRL vibranium?

They live tweeted this during the Oscars. They know most people will take it as a silly tweet, but I think it's a clear tease the they've developed similar technologies, or perhaps have engineered a compoud with similar compound, or perhaps some alien technology that they were given or have reverse engineered.

The CDC has to resort to admitting the possibility of a zombie apocalypse in order to get folks under 40 to visit their site about preparing for real pandemic situations.

My guess is the CIA is recruiting with stuff like this hoping some might apply for a job.

I agree. But do you think they have some sort of metal like vibranium that has near magical, do-it-all properties, or are they just saying that they are capable of doing all the things that vibranium can do in the movie but through some conglomeration of technologies?
