I just don’t understand how they weren’t prepared for 90k people.

Perhaps something unexpected happened, such as bad food or they had delivery issues.

I just don’t think they expected or understood how many people would be there.

I did not expect such a large crowd, although I did notice a lot of Reds stickers on cars in the area; I assumed they were tourists.

Kids today, never prepared
I would say bun less hot dogs are OK as Vols always have the mustard.
Problem is the old company that made the best hot dogs (just served at ball parks and race tracks) is either out of business or cheapened the dogs. Those dogs were the best you could get!
