Probably related to the ones driving down the horseshoe not long ago asking ppl where the parking was.
Or the one a week or so ago that somehow managed to cross the Ravenel Bridge with the hood completely up while she drove across at 60+ mph. She crossed that thing like a damn boss, tho.
