Can you buy beer in South Carolina on sunday?

Certain counties. I know in Richland county you can, which is Columbia.

Not in Aiken. I found that out the hard way today. I couldn't miss Savannah more right now if I tried.

Actually you can at some stores in aiken. It's so stupid to be able to buy it in some stores but not the others. The one I know does is the bp on Richland ave across the street from wal-mart, but I don't drink that much anymore but there are some more.

Lew was in Aiken today? Should have let me and Tipton know. We both live here. Could've met up and slid you some $$ to avoid the banhammer no matter what around here.

If you're not that familer with aiken, Richland avenue is Aiken Augusta rd. Or highway 1, just inside the aiken city line

SCDMV, the traffic circle where Laurens and Richland intersect (Aiken Drugs is on the corner), Days Inn, Comfort Inn, Sam's Club, Wal Mart shopping center are all along Richland Ave. Oh...and it's Aiken Augusta highway, not road.

Used to work there full time but now just prn (as needed basis)...I work @ MCG. I refuse to call it by any of the 47447637373 names it has been.

Yeah I was in town for the weekend. I watched the UGA game at Grumpy's. All 3 Dawg fans in there were having a good time

Grumpy's is where Tip and I are going. I was at Publix yesterday probably not too long before you got there.

If I don't know them, I can almost guarantee I know someone that does. Typical small Southern town. Aiken is a pretty little town but the northern folks are taking over. I see tons of Ohio tags here now.

I don't doubt it. My wife and one of her sisters live here in Savannah, but the middle sister stayed in Aiken. Been there for at least 20 years
