Actually a pretty good movie as well
Downgraded because of Affleck and change of bombing scene IMO.

Was Jack Ryan in this one? Remind me of the plot.
I did enjoy all the books. Greatest book series ever IMO.

Yea, I think that was his first in the genre. The Jack Ryan character started next book. I think Hunt for Red October.
Clancy rolled off like 14 books in a row that were great. If you could handle the detail, they were awesome.

Cardinal of the Kremlin was my favorite by far.

This is easy for me. Debt of Honor. Clears House on all politicians at the federal level.

I enjoyed Executive Orders

My dad lived in central Florida during the Cuban Missile Crisis, so he got an extra dose of it, but I grew up near Pensacola - between the Naval OCS, Cryptography, and flight (VT and HT) training centers and Eglin AFB, the world's largest and home to the B-1s, Ranger survival training, and the munitions testing range.

They used to tell us that we had several Russian warheads pointed directly at us, then tell us how to duck and cover....as if that would prevent you from being vaporized, LOL!

I was so stoked about this movie, and then I saw it.
SMH. How do they change Ryans and the bomb location?
I wish Debt of Honor and Executive Decisions would be made into movies.

Love them all. Without Remorse and Sum of All Fears would probably be my favorites if I had to choose though. Debt of Honor was awesome too.
