I just don't get how certain hospitals almost automatically cutting parts of every male babies dicks for no reason, is "no big deal"

They then proceed to sell them for use in things like skin care products.

Let me spell it out:

There's no good reason to cut part of a baby's dick off except for the fact that the hospital sells it to make money.
