Anybody have the recipe for Ralph & Kacoo's hush puppies?

I live in Upper Southern Canada (aka Northern Minnesota) and need to start fending for myself on any food that is not brats and pizza.
Used to pick these up as take out to go with my own red beans and rice. I'll take other recipes, but always liked these (especially at $1.25 per dozen).
Will also need recipes for étouffée (as soon as I find a crawfish farm) and gumbo.

Do a search on the food board. We posted the recipe there a while back. You can find the recipes for the other stuff you want there too.
