Need to buy something for her in the next couple days. Money is tight so I'm not looking for anything too expensive, just something meaningful to show that I care. Any ideas on where to look?

under $100.
Buy wine $20-30.
Buy Take Out from her favorite Italian/Chinese/Thai, whatever restaurant. $40
Get her favorite movie. $10-$20
Watch movie and rub her feet, then go straight for the clitoris.

My wife and I dated and then married during grad school and my residency. Many anniversaries, birthdays, and Christmases on shoestring budgets.
We preferred then--and still do--to invest in time and experiences. As an adult, you just start accumulating crap. I'd much rather celebrate with a bottle of cheap champagne and a picnic on the lake or sunset on the beach. Depending on your geography you can air bnb a sweet place in a big city with a great view for 1 or 2 nights.
In my experience and IMHO women appreciate this type of gesture more than a locket, overpriced flowers, etc

If you have kids, take them and have some professional pictures taken. FYI, get extra 5x10s to give out for Christmas gifts.
If you don't have kids (atta boy), rent a cabin in the woods for a weekend, and take her fishing. If the budget doesn't allow for a cabin, get a tent, and go over night.
It really has to do with her interests. The gift doesn't matter, just show her you remember who she is as a person outside of your relationship. And if you don't like what she enjoys, man up, and STFU
