If you are knighting for gays, you are.

I don't care what they do. Stop begging for my approval. You won't get it.

I don't think I've asked for your approval of gays. Chill out hombre, you're being a bitch.

Lol....not mad. I didn't ask for approval to marry my wife.

Should gays be afforded the same financial rights as hetro's, yes.

Marriage is an institution from the church. If they want a civil union, I'll vote yes.

Yea except that in this country it isn't. From the church - sure originally. But not governed by it now.

Why do you have an issue with queers getting married? How is marriage a church only thing? Can pagans not get married because they aren't Christian?

Why can't you just say that all people deserve the same financial rights? No one is saying that christians and atheists should get equal rights. No need to label.

Not if you're not christian. I'm Jewish and will get married in a synagogue and will perform different rituals from christianity. Don't just assume that because we're in the south everyone is christian

Uh, speaking for Catholic Religion, this is not true. It has weakened in the US, but still is governed by the Church

You can be married by the Catholic Church all you want but until you get a state issued marriage license you are not married in the eyes of the law.

Thank you, where 2 or more are gathered in my name, i am there with them. Church today is brick and mortar. Church -2000 years ago was people.

Still find me an established religion that accepts the homosexual lifestyle. Or any recorded history that accepted homosexual marriage.

Catholicism, thank god, is not the basis for law in this country. If you choose to be Catholic then you can live your life according to the Pope's dictates, that's your choice. You can let him govern your actions and your marriage but he does not govern the institution of marriage in this country. He controls what you do as a Catholic because you let him.

Yea and our ancestors didn't like washing their hands or learning to read. Guess we shouldn't do that shite either.
