I didn't notice til I passed it.

I had planned on doing some epic pseudo serious post on Missouri's southern roots. But typically I didn't plan enough and let it slip by with a whimper.

There's a simple reason for that; population growth. Of course most religions in humanity's past outlawed homosexuality. They did it for the same reason that they encouraged families to reproduce like bunnies. It was in their interest to get every person possible making babies.

But all of that is moot. No one here is trying to seriously argue that there is a religious, or at least a Christian, justification for the allowance of homosexuality. It doesn't matter if there isn't because that in no way affects the legality of the practice or gay marriage. We don't live in a theocracy. If you want one move to Saudi Arabia or Iran.

Plus you live longer if you don't gay it up. And that's important to civilizations.

And your second paragraph is one with which I largely agree. You can't force people to agree with your own particular morality from either side. We would probably be better off simply removing marriage from the government's domain altogether and let churches do marriages however they wish and have people who wish to form a civil union for legal and governmental reasons do so.

I agree 100%. But the homosexuals do not want that. They want the institution of marriage to recognize their union.

Pro gay marriage still can't find a single religion that constitute's their union. Accept that people are willing to give you rights. Just not man/woman rights as afforded by the union of the church.

The agenda people do. The ordinary folk just want to live their lives. The elites want to change school curriculums and everything else based on getting gay marriage legalized. They'll eventually get their way. And eventually the Goths come for us all.

I sorta agree with this. Religion is man made anyway.Go make your own religion instead of trying to force the masses too except it

Should homosexual relationships be afforded the same tax structure as hetro sexual's, yes.

Your accumulated wealth should not depend on your sexual preference. Leave it to who you want.

Marriage is a concept of religion. Stop trying to change 5744 years of history.
