The line of excessive fore on the crowd is still out there but when you start looting that also kind of fricks that up.

I have no idea the relevance of this statement, it's irrelevant to what is being discussed. It's also a gross misrepresentation of the situation, as many have fought to stop the looting. When mayhem ensues, people get crazy and do things like loot, it has nothing to do with the facts of the case.

That actually, wouldn't surprise me. JR has been shite the last couple of years. Makes me a sad panda.

Gordon gave him his old crew chief and voila!

I don't hate JR like i used to when he was driving the 8, tho.

Looting isn't a factor in exercising force?

Looting isn't relevant in a conversation about a bunch of looters in response to a black man killed?

Here you go again.

it's been said that the cop was unaware that the man was involved in the robbery.

You don't read so well, do you?
It was stated that Wilson's initial interaction with Brown was to tell him to get out of the road. What we don't know (as dispatch records/recordings haven't been released yet) is if the description of the suspect in the strong-arm robbery came over the radio after he drove off. It would make sense, because it's known that Wilson started to drive off, and then backed up to Brown again.

quote:

Many people have now classified him as a thug,

He is a thug. He committed a felony. It's also leaking out that he had some serious offenses filed against him as a juvenile.

making his death more justifiable.

Again, we're not going to know if the shooting was justified until all information is released. As of now we don't have: toxicology, ballistics, forensics (including blood spatter analysis), crime scene photos, Wilson's injuries (if any), dispatch records/recordings.

There's too many unknowns to say it was definitively justifiable or not.

The looting is an unfortunate thing, but by most accounts it is a small portion of the crowds doing it. Some said last night they looted the mcDonald's so they could get milk to counteract the tear gas. Who knows if that's true. I have seen several pictures of some protesters blocking some store fronts from looting. Have also seen several pictures of local residents helping to clean up the mess each morning. I think it's terribly unfair to label all of the protesters as violent looters, but understand how that happens.

Even worse:

"Michael Brown Rushed Officer" according to a radio caller, and I've heard it on video as well by an eye-witness.

This cop isn't going to get anything.

I don't think a vast majority loot, but clearly there's a sizable group that does it.

I'm just responding to Sleeping Tiger saying that it's not relevant. He plays this game almost every time he gets into an argument where he declares something irrelevant than goes off on a tangent about it.
