I have no clue. I wouldn't trust either side. Police sweep as much under the rug as the common street thugs do.

Police chief: Officer who shot Michael Brown did not know he was a robbery suspect at the time.
He wasn't answering the robbery call, but was riding in the area, listening to the response to the call.
