These contracts almost always go to the lowest bidder. So congrats on being cheap.

The University of Tennessee has been part of an alliance that has operated Oak Ridge National Laboratory since 2000. Finally, somebody else in the SEC has stepped up.

BTW...today, it was announced that ORNL's Summit Supercomputer, is the fastest in the world.
