I've never understood that marketing scheme. It effectively cuts out half of your target group.

i try to cut out beer while cutting. i move to vegas bombs. if they drink it on jersey shore it can't be bad for you

i could spend 3 hours in the gym if i wanted. I use to spend 2 plus in the gym doing an hour on the bike and an hour workout

I was able to do 2 when I was single and work was easier lol now I'm lucky if I get an hour

Vodka, Diet Cranberry Juice, and Mio Lemonade. Delicious and not that bad for you. My own creation.

I live right across the street from a Target. It doesn't have a lot of things needed for more complicated recipes. Fortunately, I live a block from Publix as well.
