Figured that number would make y'all feel tingly in yer plums..
But for real, haven't had a sip for 69 days. Body feels LOADS better and I've lost considerable weight.
I'm not abstaining for the rest of my life, just need to let my body reset. That's why I was in the hospital with that other thread.

Thanks man. I was a master at hiding it and it was literally killing me. Scared me to death.

Also, was finally put on medication for mental health (I've never once been prescribed anything for 37 years) and holy shite does it work!
Still managing a grow but I've gotten back in to my hobbies (film work) and I'm shooting footage again.
I'll be sober for the wedding in September and our 2 week trip to Greece, which was a HUGE stressor for me prior (where/how am I going to get my fix without my WIFE noticing?)

Thanks sir. Don't even have cravings. I'm not going to completely abstain from alcohol though, just giving my body a reset. And when I do partake, I'll keep it chill. Everything in moderation really is nice.

I never had to deal with physical cravings so much. I really used it to deal with emotional shite. I still think about wanting to do it all the time.
