The summary is that the Rams are not leaving STL. Kroenke has zero incentive or interest to move the Rams.

You just figured that out? It's been apparent for sometime that Stan has no interest in moving. He's working STL for the best deal he can get but he isn't going anywhere.

Yup understood, I imagine the soccer aspect would draw more fans to STL over a year than football does over the 8 games alotted.
