Nah dude. I've handled enough of those kind of cases to know better and to know how it plays out. I'm not for throwing the thug piece of shite in jail without a trial based on what we know but we're only talking about whether or not some random dude should be allowed the privilege of playing on a football team. To that I say no.
And no one is suggesting there is anything nefarious about it. Two idiots went out. Both got drunk. Both got stupid. Dude laid hands on woman. That's not nefarious. That happens every day. Not talking about taking away the guy's civil liberties. We're talking about taking away a privilege and a benefit being given to him (scholarship).
