I know the guy is a beaker. But, he would be instant depth at a position we need players at. I'm for it if they can get him. He with Tilmon would be a good foundation. Haze him, perform an exorsicm to get the beaker out, what ever.

we need him this year, not next year or after. I cant imagine in 2 years having 3 centers all capable of being a full time starter.

frick this. He's a witness in a rape case. He was initially charged with battery against a woman in a separate case. There's a reason he's leaving Kansas and it's not because he's unhappy with his playing time. He wasn't good enough to put up with his off court nonsense for Bill Self.

Really can't argue with this I guess. I don't really follow anything ku, so wasn't in the know on just why he was leaving. That's too bad. Maybe the off the court stuff effected his play. Doesn't matter. We don't need that baggage.

He was arrested for pot stuff.
He was initially charged with battery.
He was a witness in a kidnapping case that turned into a rape case.

But I'm sure we could use him.

If he got into trouble here, it wouldn't matter if anything was "initially." Dixon was brought down by a fake rape charge that brought a potential real rape charge to light.

Not saying the rape thing isnt legit, its just not fair to say he was initially charged for something when evidence proved he wasnt.

- If I remember right cameras should he was the victim. The exact spot where the girl said he hit her, showed it was the opposite.

Regardless, this brings up my previous post, we only need him for next year, and obviously he would have to sit it out. so nope.

Yeah. Except if there's 3 or 4 of those things, it's kind of a smoke/fire thing. Once a situation escalates in Lawrence to the police with a basketball player, it's gotten pretty serious.

If he has all this baggage, it would be a bad influence on the rest of the team. May even cause an unecessary turmoil in the locker room. Don't need that or that publicity. Shame really.

It appears. Probably for the better I agree. I'll just mark this one down as a brain fart on my behalf. Time to carry on.
