2007: 38-17...loss by 21...allowed 38
2008: 62-21...loss by 41...allowed 62
2013: 59-42...loss by 17...allowed 59

We average 53 points allowed over those 3 games. Surely that comes down to coaching and preparation. We had a solid defense this year, I refuse to believe it's been the players' faults in those 3 games. Why does it seem that we've never been prepared for the big game?

That defensive gameplan was an abortion.

Are we just cursed to constantly come out of weak arse divisions and be unprepared, or is there something else at work?

Personally, I think our biggest problem has been playing in the weaker division. However, I also believe that the second biggest part to the problem is poor game planning on the part of the coaches. Over our last three CCG's we've just looked completely clueless on D.

Mizzou was in the game with 11 minutes left, the offense didn't do it's job at the end. The D was terrible but it did give the offense a chance in the 4th quarter. We didn't score.

I can't blame the offense on this one. This was a defensive loss.

I blame Steck.
