Very disappointing seasons, Football huge disappointment, Basketball huge let down. Dont get me wrong I will FOREVER cheer for Mizzou and am a die hard fan but what do you all think about the coaches job security? What about Mike Alden's job security?

Pinkel gets next year and Haith does too.
Pinkel's is deserved given his record at Mizzou, and Haith's is likely covering for a mistake. I like what he's done with what he's given. However, there are expectations, and he wasn't an expected hire.
Haith's mountain is steeper because he's at a place he probably shouldn't have been hired/wasn't expected to be after his prior performance at Miami.
I didn't expect the hire (nobody did). I was actually pissed off by it, I didn't think he was the right guy. I hope he proves me wrong. In two years, he hasn't yet. People need time, and the fact that we're in the Tournament after the shite class SMA left says something about it. I like that.
I'm just waiting for him to prove he's a coach and not a recruiter/team builder.

Realistically, nothing happens until after next year, if even then. I won't lie, except for the potential effect it could have on recruiting, part of me was actually hoping the Miami stuff would push Haith out of the door. Not that I wanted to see him punished harshly, but just enough of a mess that it made sense for him to go.
