Kinda like Mizzou added a transfer huh?

I'll take ours over theirs though.

I am with you JesusQ I am not sure that is a good sign for Arkie to keep running through QB's as they have. They are really short on talent.

I'm sorry to our Arky brothers here on the board but I'm actually getting close to feeling bad for the Hogs. I like them. Can't help it. And I think you're years away from where you were under Petrino because your current coach I don't think will be your coach in 3 years or so. I might be wrong. We'll see.

We have quite a few young QBs on campus but its likely the best of them, Connor Noland, is either done playing football or won't be worrying about it until sometime in summer. He looks like he's developing into a pitcher with a real shot at MLB... not the best fastball but he's very good at throwing junk pitches that lead to ground outs.

Best case scenario he does decide to play football next season, but after giving his arm time to rest it will probably be sometime in mid-summer before he's back in the swing of things. If I was advising him, to be honest, I'd tell him to stick to baseball where he could have a nice long career in the majors.

Ty Storey saw the writing on the wall and left for Western Kentucky where he can be the starter. John Stephen Jones is a legacy. Our stud freshman QB is a true freshman.

The two transfers who are battling it out for the top spot are our best chance to put a vaguely decent QB on the field for the coming season. I doubt either will be wonderful at the job, but just average would be a big step up for us.

Don't feel bad for us you're stuck with Barry Odom.

So is Morris the answer? I haven't really kept up with how Arky fans view him.

Odom has more machismo in his left testicle than Morris has in his entire body.

The guy is a recruiting machine so the worst case scenario is he’ll significantly upgrade the talent level for the next guy. Bielema left a shite show and he’s quickly turning the roster over which has been a pleasant surprise given the season we had.

So we will find out in the next couple years then? If he had no talent to work with, kinda hard to judge him on just last year.
