LOL. Why would we be on probation?

Zo is an ace recruiter. This class is not going to be a one time thing. He'll continually pull in top level players.

Slow down.

If we land Tilmon, Roberts, Porter and any of the other ones in play, it will be the best recruiting class in Mizzou history.

And it will be mostly because of MPJ. Sure, Cuonzo got MPJ here to start, but holy shite did MPJ go all recruiting this offseason for us. He's even been getting guys to hop on board for next year. That fact that we've accomplished all of this in a matter of a few weeks is absurd. I have a feeling accusations of cheating will come full swing if this actually happens. There's no doubt in my mind.

MPJ
Knox
Tilmon
Smith
Roberts

That's literally better than the fab 5 based on recruiting rankings.

There is nothing illegal about hiring Michael Porter Sr. which got us MPJ and Jontay. these other guys want to put a Final four team together. There is nothing below board about it. Now in three years when they are gone, things may be different. Nothing to see here right now.

Just put in those 5 in the 247 class calculator and that puts us at the #2 class. Just behind Kentucky.

I dont want to rain on anyone's parade, but Tilmon excites me with class rankings.

Tilmon as a player, not so much. Ive seen him play a few times, and I will say, a 5* ranking is a little much. He's good, but his senior season was rather "weak" considering his ranking.

He*most likely will be an upgrade from Smith, but hes not light years ahead.

Yea Tilmon is a 2-3 year player. He did get much better from junior to senior season. He really worked on his body. The good news is that with MPJ he can play defense, rebound and score at the rim.

I would prefer Jontay as the post player for Mizzou

We need him to defend and rebound.

He can develop his offensive game as he goes.

Agreed. He's the Center we've desperately needed.
