Your link is 404

I'm assuming you were referring to the Jacob Peeler hire?

Currently oc at TX St.
Former wr coach at Ole Miss and Cal

From what I've been reading, he's a solid recruiter.

Reading between the lines, Drink gradually moving into more of a chief executive role, shuffling the coaching deck.

Cannot claim he has any particular loyalty to any staff. Far cry from the GP era.

Next season grows yet more interesting.

He might have that title but from what I understand Drink will still call plays. Hamdan will chip in coaching QBs and Peeler WR

More eyes and voices on play calling has to be a good thing.

Is this really good news or an okay news? I am not sure which it will be. I sure hope Drinkwitz is still the best hired Mizzou have got since Dan Devine. I know Gary Pinkel was good. It took him a long time and wasn't able to improve the recruiting class over the years. That is why Mizzou never took off and stayed on top with the rest of the big boys. Maybe Drinkwitz can get it done at Mizzou?
