As for The Other White Meat, I'd have no problem...BUT...I am hesitant for two reasons. Already a number of Arky posters here. But you couple that with the fact that Arky has pretty much locked their board down the last time I looked and well, I hate to say I'd say no to a quality poster but I'm leaning that way unless and until Arky loosens up with who they let in.

It's a two way street.. all these pigs want in here yet they don't want to let anyone on their board.

Buys, he bumped his hepl board thread from June. He did have support, from some that are now saying no.
Other than Killz, who has made his request known, and Reedus, are there others that would like Arky board access? I'm going to approach their admins.

He did have my support. And he still does. I just think Arky should show some reciprocity is all. Allow 3 or 4 Mizzou posters access and I wouldn't have an objection.

No one knew who he was.
Honestly, allowing non-Mizzou posters onto our board is a privilege. We should at least be familiar with said posters. A history check is fine and dandy, but Mizzou posters should have an idea who the poster is.
Most of us know nothing about him other than hearsay.
Prime example: I was voted onto the A&M Board because every single poster was familiar with me and thankfully realized that I was harmless. In fact, most voted for me to add humor to the board.
The point...they knew what they were getting when they voted for me.

You know, my old fuddy duddy arse is coming around a little to having other posters on team boards. I think in the bigger picture it changes the dynamic of the SECr as well. Folks are going to be less prone to flame when they have a stake in discourse with other teams on their respective team boards.

See that is what I was looking for. I would like to have discussions with select fans from other fan bases without the flaming. Near impossible on the rant. Go start a thread about Mizzou on the rant and see how it goes. I thought having some viewpoints(without the flaming) from other schools would be good and hopefully, like you said, it carries to the rant.
