Kind of surprising, but I’d definitely expect him to return as he will not hire an agent

Not surprising. Jontay has talked about how going through the draft process helped him. It should be really good for Tilmon as well.

As long as he does not sign with an agent it is a good move. Right now I think the NBA will tell him all he does extremely well is foul out of games. Need some discipline.

Players can sign with an agent now and still return to school.

It’s not about being ready. It’s about gaming the system. Tilmon can declare go through the process and then return to Mizzou better for going through the process. He can do the same next spring as well.
