Sounds like Richt has interviews in place with Maryland and uva this week. Concern is that is past the mizzou timeframe for finding a coach

Supposedly Rhodes is on a plane to Georgia right now for a meeting with him. We're jumping ahead of Maryland and Virginia to try and get him. Rumors flying that Rhodes only has 24 hours left if he wants Odom, so if he waits we could miss out on both. Time to make a damn decision so we don't get stuck with someone like Barbers or Wells.

I kind of feel like Rhoades has had his guy from the beginning, but couldn't actually pull the trigger until post conference championships.
I think all these "interviews" are just time fillers. Lots of them have either taken another job or been "out of the running" almost immediately afterwards....all the while, keeping the spotlight off his actual guy.

Mizzou was not a good fit for Frost because he will be back at NU in a few years.
The whole coaching plan for Nebraska has been laid out on the radio by one of their biggest boosters, "Larry the Cable Guy" of all people. He makes jokes, except when talking about supporting Big Red Football.
