Apologies for starting a thread. I was curious if any of you went to the game? How’d my boy Bobby Lawrence do at tackle?

He’s not even close to being in the rotation at this point. I don’t know for sure, but I’d assume he got some reps in the second half. I know the staff likes his ceiling but he won’t be playing for awhile.

More importantly, how did Kelly Bryant look?

It comes from a 19 year old who is amped about Bryant so take it with a grain of salt but he said Bryant looked really good. Extended plays. Accurate.

Bryant looked good. He made a couple bad decisions and should have been picked once, but he was accurate with the ball. Mostly short passes but he did connect on a couple long throws. Once he’s able to add his legs he should definitely be an impact player

There were some good battles on the interior yesterday. Antar Thompson went toe to toe with Simms on several plays. Elliott and Byars were very disruptive as well.

I attended with two eight-year-old boys and a six-year-old girl. My takeaways:

The bounce houses were fun.

Denial of face painting created universal irritation.

Bathrooms worked well during all four trips.

A lot of stop touching each other.

Too much jumping around on the bleachers.

Sightings of 5 or 6 kids from classes.

And it's too cold can we go?

Sorry, was there football?
