I think it really depends on what the real issue is. Is it Henson wanting Ticker to run schemes that either Ricker or the players don't know/ capable of running.
Is Ricker the one deciding who plays where? Or is that Henson? Or the whole offensive staff? It amazing that they could take 4 guys shuffle them around and 3 of those 4 are playing much worse than they played last year.

Remember last year when Pinkel was fighting for raises for all his assistant coaches? So does anyone think that 10 months later he is going to fire any of them?

The only way things change, is a total stand-off between AD and Head Coach like what happened to Nebraska and Pelini. The head coach refuses to make changes and dares the AD to pull the trigger.

The only way that happens is if the AD is 100% sure he can pull the Houston coach to Mizzou, which will be very difficult because he is a hot commodity right now. But that's the only way the Boosters get behind the AD.
