Our linebackers could not keep up Purdue speed wise. I am with you, let the young guys play.

Agree, but did you see the SW Teacher College game? They were exposed. We currently have the absolute WORST LBs that I have seen in 44 years of loving Mizzou. Even during the Bab Years we had a good LB or two.

Blow this mother up with BO sitting on the crate of dynamite now.

Step away from the ledge dude. Player only meetings are pretty common......everywhere. As far as a freshman "leading the charge", some people are born leaders and age doesn't matter.

Can't believe Moore had the nerve to talk about this meeting to reporters afterwards.

Either the beginning of the end or the beginning of a new look for this team.

Honestly, if we get down early Saturday you could see a lot of infighting on the team, which would be the end for Odom.

To me that is a telling statement on BO. I won't even say it implies it. I think it outright says that BO continues to trot out guys who don't care and leave guys who are working their arse off and want to be out there on the bench.

Why is that? It sounds like a lot of players did.

I didn't take it that way but I see where you're coming from. Go find Bechner's comments after the game about effort.

If much of the meeting focused on telling guys to do their jobs and caring as has been reported, seems to me much of the message was directed at players like Moore.

That's why I can't believe he had the nerve to talk. Maybe he is just not sharp enough to realize they were talking to him.
