Then again, Pinkel is close to the age he originally said he would like to retire but that was when he was married and he had promised his wife he wouldn't work forever. That may not matter now.

Agree with you.

I have no inside sources, and hate the rumor mill. Unfortunately, it sometimes proves true. At this point, I would like for GP to hang with it and gain some solid success before his retirement.

The rumor mill is terrible. But when you see enough smoke, blowing from different places, there's usually some kind of fire.

I hope he can stay a few more years and be successful. But if his attention isn't going to be focused where it needs to be, we have problems. I know I shouldn't be, but I'm continually amazed by how stupid otherwise intelligent men can get over a chick.

Women are the most tempting element in the universe. Money being a distant 2nd.

Judging from the number of hot young fems that hook up with wealthy old trolls, women may seem to put money first!

I was purely speaking from the male point of view.

For women, money/power/notoriety seem to be constantly battling for the top spot.

Didnt someone post on here awhile back that this coaching staff was thinking 6-6 before the season started?

Again, an unfounded rumor, but if true a telling sign as to where this staff might be. I hate the idea of lowering expectations, it always results in more disappointment than having outlandish expectations.

I would only concede that women generally prefer security to sex for the sake of sex. Security can be a meaningful relationship of equal partners who have the strength of character to give and take at appropriate intervals.

Lets not try and turn this into a serious discussion. I'm throwing a flag.
