Meaningful or meaningless?

Meaningful but terrible play calling. The play calling in the 2nd quarter allowed him to have a great rhythm.

He didn't throw the ball well on that drive. He missed Leftwich for a walk in TD and it should have been picked. The play where he stepped up in the pocket to avoid the rush he also missed Moore in the middle of the field for the first down.
The entire offense was terrible today. No one is excluded.

The play calling was terrible all day long.
So frustrating.
I'm gonna hope GP was being stubborn and refused to open up he play book because he believes in that defense.
So no, it wasn't meaningful, unless he would have connected on those deep passes.
Then it would have become meaningful.

Had he produced it would have been significant. And it probably still was.
I think this whole process - not reshirting Lock, playing him as he did today - shows Pinkel isn't going to mindlessly let the season circle the drain sticking with Mauk to the bitter end.
The problem is the dysfunction looks deeper than just the quarterback.

Seems like the defensive coaches have developed their players and schemes and that highlights the poor job being done on the offensive side. Andy Hill obviously has not developed Mauk, Jones has coached Witter to actually get worse, the OL even with experience looks terrible so what is Ricker doing? I will give credit to Culkin, who is actually catching the ball this year at a high rate.
